Today marked the 10th week of the assessment program. The attendance of the trainees was comparatively low, with only seven students present for the session. Susmita was absent today. Abantika Ma'am was in charge of supervising and coordinating the day's activities. Additionally, our class was shifted to the meeting room on the first floor, where the assessments and other activities were conducted in a comfortable environment.
The assessment process began later than usual due to a delay in receiving the assessment papers. While waiting, we ensured that the students remained settled and prepared for the activities planned for the day. Once the assessment papers were available, the students completed their assigned tasks with proper guidance and support. Despite the delay, the assessments were carried out smoothly, and the students remained cooperative throughout the session.

As the number of trainees was smaller than usual, it became easier to provide individual attention to each student. We monitored their progress closely, clarified their doubts whenever required, and encouraged them to complete their work carefully. The smaller group also allowed for better interaction and communication between the trainees and the facilitators.
After completing the assessment-related work, we had our lunch break. Following lunch, we proceeded downstairs, where Ujjayani Ma'am had arrived to conduct the vocational training session. The students participated in the embroidery class with interest and enthusiasm. They practiced their stitching techniques while receiving guidance and support throughout the activity. The session helped enhance their creativity, concentration, and fine motor skills.
Overall, the day was productive despite the delayed start and lower attendance. The assessments were completed successfully, and the vocational training session provided the students with an engaging and meaningful learning experience.
