Today marked the 8th week of our assessment program. We were introduced to Mr. Rony Basak, who joined us as the Project Coordinator from this week onwards. The day began with an introductory session where Mr. Basak greeted the students and interacted with them to establish a comfortable and friendly environment.
Following the introduction, we continued with the assessment process of the students. The assessments were conducted smoothly, and the students cooperated well throughout the session. Proper coordination among the team members ensured that all assessments were completed within the allotted time. The students actively participated and demonstrated a positive attitude during the evaluation activities.
After the assessments, we organized a series of fun and interactive English Literature and Spoken English activities to encourage communication, confidence, and creativity among the students. The students were divided into pairs and engaged in various speaking exercises. These activities included self-introductions, sharing interesting experiences from the previous week, narrating events from the previous day, imagining themselves as school principals and suggesting improvements for their schools, and participating in role-play situations such as shopkeeper-customer interactions. The students enjoyed these exercises and participated enthusiastically, making the session both educational and engaging.

Following the interactive activities, we had our lunch break. During this time, Ujjayani Ma'am was present and supervised vocational and creative skill-development activities. The students were engaged in stitching work and jewellery-making tasks, where they demonstrated patience, creativity, and interest in learning practical skills.
After the break, we continued monitoring the students' progress and provided assistance wherever required. We also reviewed and checked the assignment papers submitted by the students, ensuring that their work was completed properly and addressing any difficulties they faced. Feedback and guidance were provided to help them improve their understanding and performance.
Overall, the day was productive and well-organized, combining assessment activities, language development exercises, vocational skill-building sessions, and academic review. The students remained cooperative and actively participated throughout the day, contributing to a positive learning environment.
