MAY DIARY
Four students—Ruthvik, Tanish, Gurnoor, and Pragya—onboarded to Alankrita, reviewed product photos, sales and customer records, organized findings, and made a simple June plan.
Students Ruthvik, Tanish, Gurnoor and Pragya created a moodboard and brand guide, exported logo files, wrote SOPs for photography and packing, and designed two craft packaging mockups.
Alankrita opened a Halisahar artisan hub, hired an artisan, onboarded two Filix students, and began aesthetics research (colour, patterns, regional art).
The student team designed new products (small bags, jewellery, accessory sets), prepared sample lists and photo briefs, and launched test social posts while building a two-month content calendar.
