May was the first month of the Alankrita project. Four students — Ruthvik, Tanish, Gurnoor, and Pragya — joined the project to learn how the business works. The team spent May reviewing the brand’s data: product images, the sales register, and customer details. They also studied product-making steps and how orders are recorded to understand daily operations.
The main activity in May was organising information and noting areas for improvement. The team checked inventory photos and sales records, and they listed simple improvements for product listings and packaging. From this review they created a clear, short plan for June.
The June plan includes these steps: prepare more product photos for online listings, publish a small marketing post to test customer response, assign basic production tasks to shorten lead times, and begin the simple tasks identified during May. Overall, May was a month of learning and setup. The team is ready to start practical work in June following the initial plan.
