In the first week of the project, four participating teachers visited the Kolkata center. They travelled for 5 hours to reach Kalighat from the remote Katamari village near Sundarbans.

On the 4th day of Sundarban Faculty Training, teachers explored tourism ideas, created GK content, learnt Google Sheets, and practised Bengali "যুক্তাক্ষর" with maths. The project links classroom learning with local skills and community growth.

In Week 5, Sundarban teachers learnt to check answer sheets and plan nursery lessons in English, Bengali, and Math. They practised alphabets, numbers 1–20, spellings, and simple sums for young learners.

In Week 7 of the Sundarban Faculty Training, teachers strengthened their English grammar and revision skills through practical lessons based on ‘Amar Boi.’ They also revisited ChatGPT to create lesson ideas and discussed the responsible use of AI, blending traditional teaching with digital learning for more engaging classrooms.

11th week of the Sundarban Faculty Training and Kankinara Programme was conducted with a focus on strengthening basic English grammar, formal writing skills, and spoken communication. The session began with a revision of be-verbs, as it was observed that some participants were still facing confusion in their correct usage.

12th week of the Sundarban Faculty Training and Kankinara Programme focused on evaluating learning progress while continuing to develop English and professional skills. The session began with an English assessment in the form of a question paper. The paper included a passage from a story, followed by comprehension questions, grammar exercises, synonym-based questions, and a summary-writing task.

Week 13 blended digital literacy with English language reinforcement. Participants learned to use ChatGPT for learning support and practiced professional email etiquette.
