The Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Mathematics (IOQM) is the first stage of the Mathematical Olympiad programme in India for selecting the Indian team for the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO). It is a problem-solving exam with integer answers, and it tests creativity, logic, and depth of understanding rather than rote learning. Students who clear the cutoff move on to the Regional Mathematical Olympiad (RMO), then the Indian National Mathematical Olympiad (INMO), and finally the IMO Training Camp.

We are proud to share that around 20 students from Cheenta have cleared the RMO cutoff in IOQM 2026!

This is the result of months of consistent practice, curiosity, and perseverance from our students, along with the dedication of our mentors, who have always focused on teaching mathematics as a way of thinking rather than a set of tricks.

Congratulations to all the qualifiers, and best wishes for the RMO! We are cheering for you.
