The 14th week of the Kankinara Faculty and Training Programme marked an important milestone, as it focused on evaluating the overall learning progress of the participants through a structured examination. The assessment was designed based on the training conducted over the previous weeks and aimed to measure participants’ understanding of English language skills, grammar concepts, and basic digital awareness introduced during the programme.
The examination included questions that tested reading comprehension, grammar usage, sentence formation, and written expression. Through this assessment, participants were encouraged to apply what they had learned rather than rely on memorisation. The evaluation helped both participants and trainers reflect on the learning journey so far, highlighting areas of strength as well as aspects that require further improvement.
This week also marked a transition in the programme, as the training continued only with the Kankinara faculty. While the Sundarban faculty sessions concluded, the programme maintained its momentum and focus with the remaining participants. The trainers ensured a supportive environment during this transition, encouraging continuity and sustained engagement among the Kankinara group.
Overall, the 14th week of the Kankinara Faculty Training Programme served as a reflective and evaluative phase. By conducting the examination and smoothly transitioning the programme structure, the week reinforced the importance of assessment, adaptability, and continuous learning in the professional development process.
