Try to find the ratios of quantities of water, sugar and lemon juice

The ratio is Water: Sugar: Lemon Juice, or $8: 2: 1$. So Luke uses $2\times 3= 6$ cups of sugar. Now the amount of water is 4 times the quantity of water .
